The best sushi in Stockholm is at Råkultur on Kungstensgatan, Östermalm.

It is so beautiful I find it hard to bring myself to eat it!

The sushi chef, Sayan Isaksson creates traditional sushi but with a modern twist... you'll find real flowers, thinly sliced onion carved into pretty doilies, dots of squid ink scattered amid your sushi and the Råkultur pickles are heaven!

He came second in the world sushi awards 2009 and I can see why.

I cannot recommend this place enough and they do take out.

Perfect for a summer evening in the park.

Classic cars.

We once owned a Triumph Dolomite from 1974.... we bought it from a old lady in Hackney who used it once a week to go to church. It was our first car and we loved it and the great thing was that you didn't need to know much about cars to be able to fix them. It came with a manual and all you needed was a set of spanners to tighten the odd nut and bolt and there. Unfortunately we only had it for 6 months before it failed it's MOT. So we put it on ebay and sold it to some Italian guy who drove it back to Italy....... can't quite believe it made it there! I hope 'Barry' the Triumph was renovated and is now back to his glory days driving around the Alps.

But that first experience of 'classic' cars will inspire me one day to invest in one again.

Perhaps an old 1970's Mercedes or even a cadillac.

In Sweden 'Raggare' guys (Pick up artists) drive around the country side in classic american cars drinking. It's a big thing here and they are cool but slightly white trash and hillbilly.

I like their style.

Fotografiska Stockholm.

Fotografiska gallery has just opened in Stockholm in an old idustrial space dating from 1906 with Annie Leibovitz: A Photographer's Life, 1990–2005.

I don't always like Annie's work but it was a very inspiring collection of iconic and personal photo's of her family.

The Sam's and I thought her photo of the Bush administration just 2 months after 9/11 was the most menacing of all. My favourite was Patti Smith and her kids.

When H&M vistited......

We partied at Kåken.....

and Trädgården, a great new bar under a bridge in Soder.

We spent lazy days in the woods, posing!

Made friends with stuffed and real birds!

Sunbathed in our underwear.

Hung out on the rocks,

in the beautiful sunshine, It was divine.

Spring Knits
